You will lead procurement, appoint and administer subcontractors, and manage material and plant orders. The role includes assessing and mitigating contractual risks, negotiating variations, and valuing works for client invoicing and subcontractor payments. You will support the safe, timely and high quality delivery of projects while maintaining strong client relationships. Additionally, you will mentor Assistant Quantity Surveyors and work collaboratively with operational teams to ensure commercial success.
