As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking a driven and commercially minded Quantity Surveyor or Assistant QS to join their office-based team in Wembley. Your new role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of the commercial delivery of a diverse portfolio of refurbishment and maintenance projects across West London. You will play a key part in managing all commercial and financial elements, from cost forecasting and budget control to subcontractor procurement and CVR reporting.

The position provides exposure to a wide range of meaningful workstreams, including:
