Your new role

You will play a key role in supporting and developing payroll controls, compliance, and risk management across the national payroll service line. You will review and strengthen existing processes, contribute to strategic decisions, and work closely with colleagues at all levels.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring robust controls and compliance are built into payroll service delivery.
  • Continuously reviewing and improving payroll processes and assessing proposed operational changes.
  • Managing the risk register, monitoring service delivery risks, and overseeing incident reporting.
