An established organisation is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join its finance team at Head Office. The position has become available due to the planned departure of a long-standing team member after many years of service. To support continuity and knowledge transfer, the successful candidate will join as soon as possible and receive a structured handover, including a shadowing period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the end to end credit control process
  • Monitoring customer accounts and outstanding balances
  • Chasing overdue payments and resolving account queries
  • Maintaining accurate and up to date financial records
  • Producing reports and reconciliations, primarily using Excel
  • Liaising with internal teams to support effective cash flow management

Skills

  • Part-time working week (Monday-Thursday) 7.5 hours per day
  • Some flexibility available around start and finish times
  • Hybrid / Remote Working

The first month will be office-based.
