The Role

- Supporting onboarding and compliance processes
- Maintaining accurate staff files and HR documentation
- Assisting with general HR enquiries
- Providing efficient, professional support to staff, candidates, and external partners
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Previous school-based experience in a similar role (essential)
- HR Assistant experience (preferable)
- An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
