Your new role
You’ll be joining a supportive, forward thinking environment where your technical grounding from a chartered accountancy firm will help you make an immediate impact. This role blends daily finance operations, month end responsibilities, and ownership of credit control decisions, giving you broad exposure and genuine progression.
- You will be responsible for owning the day to day finance function-maintaining accurate records, supporting the general ledger and completing daily bank reconciliations;
- Taking ownership of credit control and risk management, including invoicing, cash allocation, debt recovery and customer credit decisions;
- Leading month end reporting, management accounts, accruals, prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations and compliance with ONS, VAT and HMRC;
- Collaborating with the finance team to drive process improvements and support audits to protect cash flow and enable fast paced, profit focused expansion.
