A welcoming school in Quorn is seeking an experienced and organised HR Administrator to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with school-based HR or administration experience who can provide effective support within a busy education setting and start immediately.

The Role

  • Managing recruitment administration and safer recruitment checks
  • Coordinating onboarding, compliance and induction processes
  • Maintaining accurate staff records and HR documentation
  • Monitoring staff absence records and updating HR systems
  • Supporting staff training and personnel administration
  • Responding to HR queries with professionalism and discretion
  • Providing general administrative support when required

What We're Looking For

  • Previous school-based administration experience (essential)
  • Previous HR administration experience
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and IT skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
  • Proactive approach and ability to manage a varied workload
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
