The company is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Payroll Manager to manage end-to-end delivery of UK payroll. Your new role This is a fantastic opportunity to take responsibility for the delivery of UK payrolls, Benefits Management and Reward Analytics within a global organisation. Core responsibilities include:> Payroll - Manage end-to-end delivery of UK payrolls, covering 100+ headcount and including the global HQ in London.Benefits Management - Manage end to end the vendors, brokerage, administration and communication for the UK private medical, life insurance, income protection, pensionReward analytics and modelling - support to the Group Head of Reward on various reward analyses, including CEO pay ratio, reward and benefits cost modelling What you'll need to succeed > Proven UK payroll experience with strong legislative knowledge > Experience managing employee benefits and vendor relationships > Strong reward, compensation and data analysis skills > Excellent stakeholder management, including senior executives > Strong attention to detail > CIPP/ICB qualification desirable > Experience within a complex international organisation preferred What you'll get in return > Competitive salary and benefits package. > Hybrid working arrangements - 3 days in the office/ 2 days from home. > Career development and progression opportunities. > Supportive and collaborative team environment. > Pension scheme and generous annual leave entitlement. > Exposure to payroll projects and system improvements.
