A high growth SaaS business is looking for an FP&A Manager to have full FP&A ownership, ownership over SaaS metrics and be involved in board and investor reporting.
Your new role
- Build and maintain an integrated three‑statement financial model
- Lead budgeting and re‑forecasting cycles
- Run scenario modelling (hiring plans, new markets, efficiency initiatives)
- Produce board and investor reporting packs
- Benchmark performance against best‑in‑class SaaS standards
- Design and administer commissions and incentive schemes
- Drive automation of reporting and implement FP&A/BI tooling
- Work cross‑functionally to ensure high‑quality financial and operational data
What you’ll need to succeed
- 5+ years’ FP&A or commercial finance experience (ideally in high‑growth B2B SaaS)
- Expert‑level modelling skills (Excel/Sheets)
- Strong understanding of SaaS unit economics
- Hands‑on experience with incentive compensation structures
