The company has been growing constantly and is looking for an Innovative Management Accountant to lead and drive change through their finance function. Your new role This is a fantastic opportunity to drive process excellence, system enhancements and team development within a fast-paced, purpose-driven organisation. Core responsibilities include: > Preparing monthly MI packs and management reports. > Preparing cost reports using information received from our commercial and operational teams. > Managing the sales and purchase ledger, producing debtor and creditor reports for the Directors. > Supporting cash flow reporting and maintaining accurate financial records. > Supporting the MD with budgeting, reporting and other finance-related tasks. What you'll need to succeed > Candidates must have strong academic skills and be actively studying towards professional accounting qualifications (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent). > Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. > High attention to detail and strong numeracy. > Previous line management experience.
