A fast-growing consultancy group, backed by private equity and pursuing a buy-and-build strategy, is hiring a Head of Reporting supporting its finance transformation and exit readiness. This is a hands-on role for a technically strong, delivery-focused finance professional who thrives in high-growth, transaction-driven environments.
Your new role
- Lead monthly group reporting and consolidation across multiple entities
- Standardise data and charts of accounts to improve reporting consistency
- Produce board and management packs with insightful analysis
- Support vendor due diligence and transaction preparation
- Partner with external advisors (audit, tax, legal)
- Mentor subsidiary finance teams and raise reporting standards
- Enhance reporting systems (e.g. Power BI) and controls
What you\’ll need to succeed
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
- Strong experience in group reporting, consolidations, and financial controls
- Exposure to buy-side/sell-side transactions or exit readiness
- Background in professional services or PE-backed businesses desirable
