Your new company Hays Senior Finance are delighted to be partnering with a values-led charity / not-for-profit organisation in the Teesside area to recruit a Head of Finance on a permanent basis. This is a growing and increasingly complex organisation with a clear social purpose, multiple income streams and a strong focus on ensuring resources are managed carefully, sustainably and with maximum impact.As the organisation continues to evolve, this appointment will play a key role in strengthening the finance function and providing the insight, challenge and leadership needed to support future decision-making.
