A leading property and technical services organisation is seeking an experienced Property Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis. Supporting a busy Technical Services function, this is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established organisation that delivers a wide range of property, maintenance and operational services. You'll work within a collaborative environment, supporting key teams responsible for managing property assets, repairs and technical operations.
Your new role:
As a Property Administrator, you will provide administrative support across the Technical Services team, helping to ensure the smooth delivery of services and operational activities.
- Coordinating engineer and technician call-out schedules and site visits
- Maintaining property and asset databases
- Processing utility and meter-related applications
- Updating records and producing reports from internal systems
- Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Managing repair line enquiries and system queries
- Processing supplier orders, quotations and financial coding
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
What you'll need to succeed:
- Previous administration experience within a busy office environment
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Experience maintaining databases, records and management information
- Confident user of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience within property, facilities, construction, maintenance or technical services environments would be advantageous
