A fast‑growing, PE‑backed global organisation is looking for an ambitious FP&A Analyst to join its close‑knit finance team. The business has expanded rapidly through multiple acquisitions and is continuing its international growth, offering a dynamic environment with strong senior exposure.
The Role
Working directly with a highly engaged CFO, you'll act as a key support across all FP&A activity with a strong focus on cost analysis. This is a pure FP&A role with excellent visibility across the C‑suite and the opportunity to grow into a future FP&A leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Month‑end support and postings
- MI pack preparation and variance analysis
- Cost modelling, forecasting and ad‑hoc analysis
- Supporting global regions, including the Nordics
- Business partnering with senior stakeholders (CFO, CMO, CTO, CPO)
- Exposure to PE reporting
- Working with NetSuite and Workday (Power BI beneficial)
About You
- ~5 years' experience in FP&A or analytical finance
- Strong MI, modelling and Excel skills
- Studying CIMA (or equivalent)
- Confident communicator with the ability to work autonomously
- Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
- Practice background welcome but not essential
