Your new company
This SME business is looking for a Finance Business Partner for a hybrid role in Crawley.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the preparation of monthly management accounts, ensuring proper recording and reporting of financial transactions, along with providing finance support to operational and marketing teams responsible for showing cost budgets and revenue. You will build, review and maintain budgets and forecasts in the FP&A system. Financial accounting responsibility for all legal entities within remit, balance sheet reconciliation and audit compliance. Ad hoc reporting and analysis. Supporting the Finance Director and wider business to develop new and innovative analysis to help the business focus on performance and delivering financial objectives. Implement improvements to accounting processes and provide ad-hoc support as required for the senior finance team.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will be an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified Accountant or qualified by experience ideally from an SME background with strong management accounting and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with key stakeholders.
What you’ll get in return
This is a hybrid role; 3 days in the office in Crawley, 2 remote, salary to 55,000 plus enhanced holiday & pension.
