Your new company Seeking a Finance Assistant to join a small finance team located near Kidlington. You will be responsible for various accounting duties and assisting the Finance Manager. This role is ideal for candidates looking to grow with the organisation in the long term and learn from a capable Finance Manager. Your new role Handling the bank transactions and inputting them onto the system. Processing invoices, reconciling delivery notes to invoices. Coding and matching invoices for completeness of Financial Reports. Setting up and maintaining supplier accounts. Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements Reconciling supplier statements Assisting with payment runs Bank reconciliation Assisting with accruals and prepayments To assist the Finance Manager with various tasks Filing and general administration. Supporting other departments when needed.What you\’ll need to succeed Prior experience working in a financial/admin position Ability to use computerised financial management systems confidently Ability to accurately follow processes and meet deadlines.
