Birmingham | Hybrid Working 6-Month Interim Contract Hays are delighted to be working in partnership with a large local authority to recruit an experienced Director to lead a significant programme of property-led regeneration, housing growth and transformation activity. This is a high-profile leadership opportunity for a commercially minded property and regeneration professional with a proven track record of delivering complex development programmes, driving organisational transformation and working successfully across both public and private sector partnerships. The Opportunity Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Place, Prosperity and Sustainability, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the Council s regeneration ambitions while supporting key property-oriented Improvement s approach to property, regeneration and development delivery, ensuring major projects are delivered at pace, within financial parameters and in line with the Council s strategic objectives.
