Your new company Based on the outskirts of Manchester, our client, an established stable and reputable business is seeking a German-speaking Credit Controller to join their team. Your new role Reporting to the Credit Manager, you will join a successful and stable team of Credit Controllers and be tasked to manage a German Ledger. With your confidence and experience in Credit Control combined with your understanding of the German language (verbal and written), you will demonstrate your tenacious personality and skills in retrieving monies combined with your ability to query resolve and dispute management. With a heavy emphasis on Portals and dispute management, you will liaise with internal and external customers to ensure all payments are made to avoid aged debt. A busy and fast-paced role where you can make a real impact. Chasing customers for payments, negotiation skills, sending out repeat invoices, query and dispute management, Credit checks and insurance is all part of your day to day life working for this amazing company and therefore provides a varied and fulfilling role.
