Corporate Tax specialists sought for a Big 4 firm, who are building a national team of advisory tax professionals, dedicated to providing strategic international tax advice to some of the UK's largest and fastest-growing businesses.
The Role
This advisory-focused position can offer you a dynamic, supportive, and collegiate environment and an opportunity to move into a consultative position with minimal or no compliance. You will work with a diverse portfolio of clients, advising on high-impact projects such as corporate tax structuring, international expansion, business reorganisation, operating model redesign, tax controversy support, and responses to global tax policy shifts including BEPS 2.0.
The successful candidate
You will either be an established Manager ready to drive your tax career forward, advising international businesses, or an ambitious Assistant Manager looking for your next step. Previous experience with multinationals is helpful, but strong technical skills, curiosity, and drive are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expert International Tax advisory services that align with client objectives.
- Provide technically excellent advice on tax structuring, refinancing, reorganisations, tax authority enquiries, and more.
- Collaborate with specialists across departments and overseas offices on global projects.
- Coach and develop junior team members, fostering growth and excellence.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to enhance tax solutions.
- Lead proposals, tender documents, and client pitches, contributing to business development.
