Your new company is an SME Consultancy based in Central London looking to recruit a Finance Manager.
Your new role includes:
- Preparing monthly management accounts and key performance reporting for senior stakeholders
- Leading budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow planning
- Reviewing bookkeeping and junior team output to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinating external audits and acting as the main contact for auditors
- Preparing annual statutory accounts under UK GAAP and IFRS for listing requirements
- Reviewing complex transactions and applying appropriate accounting treatment
- Supporting IFRS transition and conversion work
- Assisting with tax calculations and compliance, liaising with external advisers as needed
What you will need to succeed:
The successful candidate will be fully qualified ACA from a practice background. You will ideally have some experience in industry or advisory post qualification. You will have a strong technical understanding of IFRS. Experience working on AIM-listed clients whilst in practice is beneficial, although not essential.
