Your new role:
As a Clerical Assistant, you will provide administrative and customer support across the Corporate Services function. Responsibilities will include:
- Providing front-of-house support and welcoming visitors
- Managing telephone and email enquiries
- Maintaining filing systems and accurate records
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence and mail
- Supporting office processes and administrative procedures
- Assisting with customer enquiries and resolving routine issues
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
- Supporting business operations across a range of corporate services activities
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Previous administration or clerical experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
