Location: Glasgow

Salary: Up to 27,752 (pro rata)

Hours: 28 hours per week

Working Pattern:

  • Tuesday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
  • Wednesday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
  • Thursday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
  • Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm

A well-established property and facilities services organisation is seeking a Clerical Assistant to join their Corporate Services team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused administrator to join a busy office environment, supporting a range of internal departments and helping to ensure the smooth delivery of day-to-day business operations.

Your new role:

As a Clerical Assistant, you will provide administrative and customer support across the Corporate Services function. Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing front-of-house support and welcoming visitors
  • Managing telephone and email enquiries
  • Maintaining filing systems and accurate records
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence and mail
  • Supporting office processes and administrative procedures
  • Assisting with customer enquiries and resolving routine issues
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team
  • Supporting business operations across a range of corporate services activities

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Previous administration or clerical experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
