My client is a global digital marketing agency based in the heart of London, and they are looking to expand their team with a Junior Credit Controller. The company has an excellent training programme, so no prior system experience is needed, you just need to be an Excel wizz who works well under pressure. The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of reconciliations and credit notes.
Hybrid: 2 days in office
Hours: 9-5pm
Role: Temp, rolling contract

Your new role:
- Assist in chasing outstanding invoices via phone and email.
- Maintain accurate customer account records and update payment information.
- Accurately raise and process credit notes, ensuring appropriate approvals are obtained.
- Support customer account reconciliations (identifying and resolving discrepancies with invoices, payments and remittances).
- Prepare Excel-based reports (aged debt, payment tracking, reconciliations).
- Work closely with internal sales and billing teams.
- Processing high value invoices.
What you'll need to succeed:
- 6-12 months experience in a Credit or similar Finance Role.
- Drive to learn, ask questions, and thrive in a high-pressure environment.
- Excel knowledge and experience: VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables etc.
