Key ResponsibilitiesAs part of the Customer Master Data Service, you will:
- Deliver accurate, high-quality customer data services for the council and trust.
- Process new and updated customer records to agreed standards and deadlines.
- Verify customer information to meet corporate, financial, and legislative requirements.
- Identify and escalate any potential fraud concerns.
- Ensure full GDPR compliance and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
- Support the production of management information and compliance reports using Oracle.
- Utilise tools such as Power BI, Excel, and SQL to support reporting and data integrity tasks.
We're seeking candidates who have:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong experience of Excel.
- Confidence working with business systems (Oracle experience desirable).
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced, transactional environment.
- Awareness of GDPR, data governance, and financial processes.
