Hybrid Working

Contract: Initial 3-Month Contract

Hays are working in partnership with a local council to recruit two Business Analysts on interim contracts. These roles will play a pivotal part in shaping how the organisation operates in the future.

Working within a high-profile organisation design and transformation programme, you will provide critical insight and analysis to support the development and implementation of a new operating model. This will include contributing to the design and establishment of functions across systems, processes, and ways of working.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organisation, participating in facilitated workshops led by an Organisation Design Lead. You will help identify current challenges, uncover opportunities for improvement, and translate requirements into clear, actionable outcomes. Your work will directly influence organisational structure, service delivery, and day-to-day operations. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale, meaningful change, helping to build a more effective, efficient, and future-ready organisation.
