Your new company Our client, a private equity-backed group business with ambitious growth plans, are recruiting an Assistant Management Accountant to join their established team in Carlisle. The organisation benefits from the expertise of experienced directors, fostering a unique and dynamic culture. The role will support with the timely preparation of the monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout. This position offers a balance between traditional financial responsibilities and working with the Financial Controller with a focus on continuous improvement to develop new systems and processes for a fast-growing business.
