This growing Real Estate company based in Central London is renowned for their outstanding products and uncompromising approach. The company has been growing constantly and is looking for an Innovative AP Manager to lead and drive change through their finance function.

The client is looking to attract the services of an experienced AP Manager to lead their Global AP functions in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive process excellence, system enhancements and team development within a fast-paced, purpose-driven organisation.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Manage the Accounts Payable Function and ensure timely information is provided to senior management for cash flow reporting.
  • Work closely with an Overseas Finance Function who looks after all data entry and preparation work.
  • Reconcile and prepare CIS returns for review by the Finance Manager.
  • Aged creditor reporting / analysis on a monthly basis.
  • Recommend process / systems enhancements to maximise efficiencies.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Experience of leading an AP function within the Real Estate, Property and / or Construction sectors.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong numeracy.
  • Knowledge of the MS Dynamics package would be beneficial.
