Your new role

This position will primarily focus on general finance support, with responsibilities across transactional finance and month-end processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Raising and processing sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Managing customer accounts and resolving invoice queries
  • Allocating incoming payments and reconciling accounts
  • Maintaining and reconciling intercompany balances
  • Assisting with month-end processes, including reconciliations and reporting
  • Supporting wider finance tasks, including journals and ad-hoc reporting
  • Responding to internal and external queries professionally and efficiently
  • Contributing to process improvements within the finance function
What you'll need to succeed
  • Previous experience in a Finance Assistant / Accounts Receivable or similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Confident communicator with good organisational skills
  • Experience using ERP systems
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
  • A flexible and proactive approach
