As they continue to expand, the company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounts Payable Senior to join the finance team on a temporary to permanent basis. Job Description: As an Accounts Payable Senior, you will play a crucial role in supporting the accounts payable manager, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing invoices and payments. You will work closely with various departments to maintain financial accuracy and support the overall financial health of the company. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the accounts payable process, including invoice verification, coding, and posting. Ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices and payments. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies. Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Assist in month-end closing activities and prepare relevant reports. Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Provide guidance and support to junior team members. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience in an accounts payable role, preferably in a senior or supervisory capacity.
