The predicted salary is between 37800 - 46200 £ per year.
Due to continued development within the finance function, they are looking to appoint an experienced Transactional Finance Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day transactional finance operation and lead a small team.
Your new role is a varied, hands-on role where you will oversee the transactional finance function, ensuring processes are accurate, efficient and well controlled.
- Overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Credit Control
- Overseeing supplier and customer ledgers
- Managing supplier payments, employee expenses and company credit cards
- Ensuring bank reconciliations are completed accurately
- Overseeing purchase order processes
- Supporting month-end, including ledger reconciliations and accruals
- Maintaining robust financial controls
- Supporting the administration and effective use of finance systems
- Working closely with the Management Accounting team to support accurate and timely financial reporting
You will have a strong background within transactional finance, ideally with experience across both AP and AR/Credit Control. You will be comfortable taking a hands-on approach whilst also managing and developing a small team. You will be highly organised with excellent attention to detail and confident building relationships with stakeholders throughout the business. Strong Excel and systems skills are important, alongside a proactive approach to process improvement. Working within a fast-paced or growing business would be particularly beneficial.
