Well established international manufacturing business with a long term base in Swansea. 18 month fixed term contract for a Manufacturing Accountant - the role has been created to support day-to-day finance operations for one country in Europe during a period of ERP implementation across the business. Working as part of a wider team, supporting colleagues across Europe - while the permanent finance team focuses on delivering the successful deployment of a new D365 system. These roles together will ensure that core financial processes and controls continue to operate smoothly and effectively.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accuracy and compliance across transactional processing, financial reporting, month-end close, and stakeholder support functions. Ideal experience is at least 3 years solid manufacturing, stock and product costing experience as well as full Trial Balance responsibility. The role requires a hands-on approach and the flexibility to support multiple areas of finance, providing critical continuity and stability during the transition period.
