This role offers the chance to play a key part in that journey, helping shape the future of finance operations within a high-performing and evolving environment.
Your new role
Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will lead the EMEA finance operations function, taking ownership of end-to-end transactional finance, treasury and cash management activities across multiple entities and currencies. This is far more than a traditional finance operations role. Alongside leading a high-performing team, you will work closely with senior stakeholders across Finance and the wider business, driving process improvement, strengthening controls and supporting a programme of transformation and change.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing teams across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Treasury.
- Managing cash flow, liquidity and treasury activities across multiple international entities.
- Delivering meaningful financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
- Monitoring foreign exchange exposure and supporting risk management activities.
- Ensuring compliance with IFRS, internal controls and corporate policies.
- Supporting month-end and year-end close processes.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, automate activities and enhance reporting capabilities.
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver finance transformation initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or ICAS) with a strong background in finance operations within a complex international environment. You will also demonstrate:
- Experience operating within a multi-entity, multi-currency business.
- Strong treasury, cash management and transactional finance expertise.
- Excellent analytical skills with advanced Excel capability.
- The ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
- A proactive approach to change, continuous improvement and transformation projects.
- Previous SAP experience would be advantageous.
