Your new role

\n As a Tax Manager / Senior Tax Manager, you will provide senior-level tax advice across a broad range of complex matters affecting owner-managed businesses and private clients.

Working closely with business owners, shareholders and high-net-worth individuals, you will play a key role in delivering strategic tax planning solutions and helping shape the firm's growing advisory offering.

• \n Responsibilities will include:

• Advising owner-managed businesses on corporate, shareholder and personal tax matters
  \n
• Leading complex advisory projects including restructures and reorganisations
  \n
• Advising on employee incentive arrangements and share schemes
  \n
• Providing property tax planning and structuring advice
  \n
• Supporting succession planning, exit planning and ownership transitions
  \n
• Delivering inheritance tax planning advice, including trusts, estates and family investment company matters
  \n
• Managing HMRC enquiries and technical tax risks
  \n
• Supporting, coaching and mentoring junior team members
  \n
• Contributing to the ongoing growth and development of the firm's tax advisory service offering
  \n
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships whilst identifying opportunities for further advisory work
  \n
  \n
• What you'll need to succeed
• \n \n
• CTA, ACA or ACCA qualified
  \n
• Strong experience advising owner-managed businesses
  \n
• Broad exposure across corporate, personal and shareholder tax matters
  \n
• Commercial mindset with a genuine passion for providing proactive client advice
  \n
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  \n
• A collaborative and entrepreneurial approach to work
  \n
