Job Description
Your new company
A national charity based here in Bristol is looking for a Senior Management Accountant on a permanent basis to be based from their head office 1 day per week and 4 days working from home.
Your new role
You'll work closely with the Finance Manager to support the strategic decision-making and drive financial excellence across the organisation.
- Deliver accurate and timely financial reports and analysis for key business areas
- Ensure compliance with financial controls, policies, and regulatory standards
- Manage billing and cash collection processes to ensure timely reimbursement
- Lead, mentor, and develop a Junior Management Accountant, building a high-performing team
- Support the Finance Manager in maintaining a robust financial control environment
What you'll need to succeed

- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with post-qualification experience
- Strong background in preparing management accounts and working in the commercial sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Access finance systems
