Job Description /n/n Your new company. /nA rapidly growing and highly successful SME organisation in West London are recruiting. The business have expanded through both organic growth and acquisition, creating an excellent opportunity for a new Senior Finance Manager. Based near Twickenham, the company offers on-site parking and is within easy walking distance of the station. They operate a hybrid working policy of four days in the office and one day from home. Working closely with a passionate Head of Finance and Finance Director, you will have the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as the business continues to grow. With a friendly and supportive office environment, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Finance Manager. /n /n /nYour new role. /nAs the Senior Finance Manager, you will lead the financial operations of the business, managing the team and overseeing the controls within the finance function. You will develop and mentor the team, fostering a culture of accounting excellence, continuous improvement and strong teamwork across credit control, sales ledger, purchase ledger and payroll. You will take ownership of monthly management accounts, cash flow forecasting, variance analysis and balance sheet reconciliations. You will also support the Head of Finance with budgets, forecasting and year-end processes. This role will give you the opportunity to business partner with internal and external stakeholders, preparing financial reports for auditors, banks and other external parties. Additional responsibilities will include compliance and driving ongoing process improvements. Over time, you will also have the chance to contribute to new contracts and tender activity. This is a varied and exciting role with real scope to make an impact. /n /nWhat you\’ll need to succeed /nYou will be a qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA or CIMA) with strong SME experience, solid management accounting expertise and proven leadership skills.
