This role focusses on building strong relationships and delivering pragmatic, holistic advice. /n /n - Reviewing tax reports prepared by junior team members /n - Managing WIP analysis and billing processes /n - Ensuring files meet quality standards for QCR purposes /n - Liaising with HMRC on client matters /n - Supporting partners with advisory projects such as shareholder profit extraction, succession planning, and relocation strategies /n - Identifying opportunities for business development across tax and other service lines /n /n What you'll need to succeed /n /n - A relevant professional qualification (CTA or equivalent experience) /n - Extensive experience in personal tax services /n - Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines /n - Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative solutions /n - Experience identifying business development opportunities /n - Familiarity with CCH Central for personal tax (advantageous) /n /n What you'll get in return /n We offer a competitive salary based on experience, annual performance-based bonus, and regular salary reviews.
