\n You will be joining a growing international business based in Nottingham, which is continuing to develop and expand its UK finance function. Your new role
\n As a German Speaking Accounts Payable Assistant, you will join the Accounts Payable function and provide support across both UK and European businesses.
\n Your responsibilities will include:

- \n
- Processing supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
- Supporting Accounts Payable activities across UK and European entities
- Dealing with supplier queries and resolving invoice discrepancies
- Liaising with German-speaking suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Reconciling supplier accounts and statements
- Supporting payment processes
- Maintaining accurate AP records
- Working closely with colleagues across the wider finance team

What you'll need to succeed
\n You will ideally have previous experience within Accounts Payable, Purchase Ledger or a similar transactional finance position importantly, you will need to be fluent in German and English, with the confidence to communicate professionally with German-speaking suppliers and stakeholders will be organised, accurate and comfortable working in a busy finance environment, with strong communication skills and good attention to detail.
