Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will take responsibility for leading the finance function and ensuring the delivery of high-quality financial reporting, controls, and commercial insight across the business. Leading the day-to-day operations of the finance department. Providing financial analysis and performance insights to senior leadership. Maintaining and enhancing financial controls, processes, and accounting policies. Supporting business strategy through sound financial decision-making. Managing budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes. Ensuring compliance with statutory, tax and regulatory requirements. Acting as a key stakeholder in finance systems and process improvement projects. Leading, developing and motivating the finance team. ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified. Experienced in an industry-based finance role. Comfortable operating in a hands-on Financial Controller position Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and controls.
