Your new company
A leading non-for-profit organisation based in Manchester City Centre is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Assistant to join their finance team on a temporary basis for 6 months.
Your new role
You will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable function, ensuring timely and accurate allocations of payments. Key AR tasks include:
- Allocating payments/posting payments and reconciling accounts
- Client account management ensuring direct debits payments managed and in line for payments received, assisting with any queries, issuing refunds, updating accounts, providing reports using excel spreadsheet
- Adhoc tasks when requested
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable, Credit Control or similar finance role
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with customers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
