Are you a part‑qualified Management Accountant who thrives in a hands‑on, fast‑paced environment?
We are working with an international manufacturing business who are scaling rapidly.

- What you'll be doing
- Reporting into the Finance Leadership Team, you'll take ownership of delivering accurate reporting, meaningful analysis, and operational support across the site.
- Monthly management accounts including P&L and balance sheet
- Insightful financial analysis to support strategic and operational decisions
- Budgeting & forecasting across multiple departments
- Variance analysis and performance monitoring
- Cost‑control initiatives and continuous improvement projects
- Stock & inventory support, including counts, valuation, and reconciliation
- Internal controls & audit compliance
- Business partnering with operational managers to improve performance
- Identifying process and systems improvements to enhance efficiency
- What you'll bring
- Part‑qualified ACCA / CIMA / ACA / CPA
- Experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong background producing monthly accounts to tight deadlines
- Confident with ERP systems and advanced Excel
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
- Highly organised, analytical, and commercially aware
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
- Collaborative, approachable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
