Your new company is a leading international professional services firm seeking an experienced Senior Pricing Manager to join its commercial finance function. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping pricing strategies for complex advisory services, including innovative AI and technology-enabled solutions. Working closely with senior stakeholders across finance, business development, legal operations and leadership teams, you will help drive commercial excellence, profitability and pricing innovation across a diverse portfolio of high-value client engagements.

Your new role Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies
  • Support senior stakeholders on complex pricing engagements, proposals, panel appointments and alternative fee arrangements
  • Conduct commercial analysis and financial modelling to support pricing decisions
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and evolving client expectations
  • Provide pricing guidance, training and best practice support to fee-earning and business teams
  • Drive pricing governance, consistency and adoption across the business
  • Collaborate with finance, business development, legal operations and leadership teams on commercial initiatives
  • Deliver post-engagement financial analysis to identify opportunities for improved profitability and performance
  • Support the continuous improvement of pricing processes, systems and tools

What you'll need to succeed:

  • You will be an experienced pricing professional with strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in pricing, commercial finance or revenue management
  • Experience within legal services, professional services or a similar complex, advisory-led environment
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
  • Experience developing pricing solutions where technology impacts service delivery and profitability
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Ability to influence and challenge senior decision-makers constructively
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
