Payroll Management Accountant (Permanent) in London

With a strong portfolio of exciting projects and ambitious growth plans, the business is looking for a recently qualified Management Accountant to join its collaborative finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant who is looking to gain broad exposure within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and play a key role in supporting business performance.
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you'll be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting and providing commercial support across the business.
Preparation of monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reporting.
Producing financial analysis and ad hoc reports to support business decisions.
Partnering with project and operational teams to drive financial performance.
Acting as a key contact for external auditors and assisting with audit requirements.
Contributing to continuous improvements across finance processes and reporting.
You'll be a Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ ACA/ CIMA) with strong experience with the system COINS. Ideally, you'll have confidence with Xero or Netsuite and experience with multi-currency reporting and project accounting, but not essential. You will have a commercial mindset with strong technical understanding and confidence to challenge the status quo.
You will have exposure to senior leadership, working closely with the Financial Controller and be part of a dynamic team of 8. You'll receive a competitive salary of £60,000-70,000 + bonus + competitive benefits.
