Financial Accounting Manager in London

Your new company You will be joining a well-known, international business with a fast-paced and commercially focused finance function. The organisation operates across multiple markets and is looking for an experienced interim Accounting Manager to provide additional leadership and technical accounting support. Your new role As Accounting Manager, you will take ownership of key accounting and reporting activities, supporting month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, audit requirements and financial controls will work closely with senior finance stakeholders and manage a small international team, ensuring reporting is accurate, controls remain robust, and accounting processes continue to improve. The role will have particular exposure to US GAAP, SOX, revenue accounting, month-end reporting and financial controls. What you'll need to succeed You will be a qualified accountant with experience working within a complex international business. You will ideally have: Strong US GAAP accounting experience Experience operating within a SOX-controlled environment Strong month-end and balance sheet ownership Revenue accounting exposure Experience managing or reviewing the work of others Strong audit and controls experience Experience within technology, digital, SaaS or another international environment would be advantageous What you'll get in return You will receive a competitive day rate of £500-£550 per day, with hybrid working in London.
