Due to maternity leave, our client is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join their finance team on a long-term contract through to October 2027. Reporting into the Head of Finance, you will act as a trusted business partner to a range of senior stakeholders, including Directors. You will provide financial insight, challenge and support to help drive informed decision-making across the organisation.

  • Building strong relationships with senior budget holders and directors
  • Meeting regularly with stakeholders to review financial performance and projected outturns
  • Identifying financial risks and opportunities and ensuring appropriate action is taken
  • Preparing and presenting month-end financial reports
  • Analysing financial data and translating complex information into clear business recommendations
  • Working with SUN financial systems, Excel reporting tools and the organisation's P2P system

This role offers a hybrid working pattern, with two days per week in the Manchester City Centre office and three days working from home. Previous experience operating in a Management Accountant/Finance Business Partner role is required, along with a proactive approach to identifying and managing financial risks and opportunities, and strong Excel skills and financial analysis capability.
