Accountant in Training in London

I am currently partnering with a fast-growing property business, specialising in Residential and Commercial Property, who are looking to hire a Property Accountant. Working closely with the Directors and Property Managers, this is an exciting opportunity to gain broad exposure across the business and play a key role in supporting commercial decision-making. Producing monthly and quarterly management accounts and board reports Managing service charge accounts and annual reporting Overseeing daily processing of rent and service charge receipts Managing bank reconciliations and resolving reconciling items Producing monthly and quarterly management accounts and board reports Liaising with operational teams and providing financial information and support You'll ideally be newly or recently ACA qualified from a Midtier practice, with strong accounts preparation experience. Experience working with clients in the property / real estate industry is a bonus. You'll receive a competitive salary of £55,000 - £60,000, alongside the opportunity to work within a supportive and growing business. This role offers regular exposure to senior management and the chance to develop your commercial and property accounting expertise.
