Interim financial controller in Lincoln, Lincolnshire

Your new company Our client is a successful, privately owned multi-site hospitality business with a well-established presence across the Midlands. Your new role As Financial Controller, you will lead the day-to-day finance function, ensuring accurate reporting, strong financial controls and valuable commercial insight to support business performance. Working closely with the CFO and wider leadership team, you will drive process improvements, develop the finance team and play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the business. What you'll need to succeed You'll be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with proven Financial Controller experience, strong technical accounting skills and a commercial mindset. Confident leading a finance team and partnering with senior stakeholders, you'll be passionate about improving processes, strengthening controls and delivering insightful reporting that drives business performance is a fully office-based position, with an expectation to be on-site five days per week. What you'll get in return Competitive day rate of £350-£500 per day, dependent on experience.
