As Transfer Pricing Manager, you will work closely with the Tax Partners and Directors to lead and develop the firm's transfer pricing offering while supporting a diverse client base with both compliance and advisory matters. Managing transfer pricing projects for a varied portfolio of UK and international clients Preparing and reviewing transfer pricing documentation, benchmarking studies and economic analyses Advising clients on transfer pricing policies, intercompany transactions and OECD compliance requirements Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on transfer pricing matters Identifying opportunities for wider tax advisory projects and collaborating with colleagues across corporate tax and advisory teams Supervising, mentoring and developing junior members of the tax team Collaborating with wider tax and advisory teams to ensure clients receive a joined-up and commercially focused service ACA, CTA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification Experience within Transfer Pricing, Corporate Tax or a mixed tax role with significant exposure to transfer pricing matters Experience preparing or reviewing transfer pricing documentation and supporting advisory projects Strong report writing and communication abilities Experience managing client relationships and delivering high-quality technical advice The ability to identify commercial opportunities and provide practical solutions Excellent organisational and project management skills In return, you'll have the opportunity to join a rapidly growing and highly respected firm where you'll play a key role in developing the transfer pricing offering.
