Job Description We're recruiting an experienced Credit Controller to join a well-established finance team in South Leeds on a temporary basis, with a strong possibility of becoming permanent. Hybrid: 2 days in the office after initial training Contract: Temporary with a view to permanent You'll take ownership of a portfolio of large corporate customer accounts, focusing on reducing overdue debt, resolving queries and ensuring payments are received in line with agreed terms. Working closely with customers, Client Managers and Finance Business Partners, you'll build strong relationships and play an active role in improving cash collection and credit control processes. Manage and recover debt across a portfolio of corporate accounts Chase overdue payments by phone and email Resolve account and payment queries promptly Allocate cash receipts and maintain accurate account records Support Direct Debits, reconciliations and wider sales ledger duties Get involved in system improvements, automation and finance transformation projects At least 2 years' Credit Control experience Experience managing large corporate ledgers within a sizeable organisation Confident stakeholder management and relationship-building skills Temporary role with a view to becoming permanent ~ Hybrid working, just 2 days in the South Leeds office after training ~ Supportive and collaborative finance team ~ Exposure to finance transformation and system improvement projects ~ Development and progression opportunities If you're an experienced Credit Controller looking for your next role and would be interested in a temp-to-perm opportunity, apply today for more information.
