Finance AssistantLocation: Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Office-based during probation, then hybrid working available (2 days working from home)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Finance Assistant to join a successful and growing manufacturing organisation based in Kidderminster. This position would suit an experienced Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant or Purchase Ledger professional looking to develop their skills within a stable business offering long-term career prospects, flexible working and an attractive benefits package.
Managing supplier accounts and resolving invoice queries
Performing monthly supplier statement reconciliations
Completing regular bank reconciliations
Processing employee expenses and company credit card claims
Assisting with audit preparation and finance reporting requirements
Providing general finance and administrative support to the wider team
Previous experience within a Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant or Purchase Ledger role
Good understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles
Good Microsoft Excel skills
AAT qualification or currently studying towards AAT
Experience using ERP or finance systems
Hybrid working available following successful completion of probation (2 days from home)
