Your new company Multi-site SME services business in the North Wales region currently undergoing a period of change and transformation. This job will play a significant role in supporting the Managing Director, finance and wider central functions along this exciting journey for the business. Your new role Reporting to the MD and managing and developing a small team, you\’ll oversee the core accounting functions including accounts payable, month-end close, audit preparation activities and FP&A. You\’ll streamline existing reporting and controls and take responsibility for outsourcing the payroll process to a third party. Other duties will include implementation of the new ERP system, and providing strategic support for external contract negotiations. What you\’ll need to succeed ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant who has previously operated at FC / Head of finance level within SME\’s. Track record of driving process improvements and streamlining reporting and controls Available to start immediately, or at short notice What you\’ll get in return Initial 6-month contract, hybrid working, with the potential for an extension or for the job to turn permanent.
