Your new company
\\nI am currently recruiting for an upstream Oil & Gas company in London who are a multi-entity with offices internationally. Headquartered in London and listed on the stock exchange, the company aims to support the exploration and development of natural resources.
\\nYour new role
\\nThe company is looking for an interim financial controller on a maternity cover basis for 5 months. You will be working alongside the CFO and managing 1 financial accountant to support day-to-day needs. This role is temporary to cover someone going on leave and will require candidates to be able to hit the ground running from day 1.
\\nSome key responsibilities include:

  • Experience working in Oil & Gas
  • \\n\\t

  • Cash flow forecasting
  • \\n\\t

  • FX transfers – GBP, EURO, USD
  • \\n\\t

  • Prepare financial statements for up to 10 dormant entities
  • \\n\\t

  • JV accounting
  • \\n\\t

  • Cost reporting
  • \\n\\t

  • Assisting the team in Africa with any financial ad-hoc needs
  • \\n\\t

  • The company currently uses the system, SUN, so any experience using it is desirable but not essential.
  • \\n
